This overview is the reviewed labeling plan plus discovered Lever/Greenhouse openings the classifier marked eligible. General Upwork and other freelance submissions remain in Applications.

The dedicated freelance-labeling-apply Docker service is the labeling apply lane (Chromium + Lever queue, separate from the dashboard container and from general Upwork apply). The container heartbeat is the liveness signal for that lane. Auto-apply / auto-submit chips are snapshot configuration facts, not proof that a given listing was submitted this minute.
